Mission Statement

We at Jesus N Sports develop this site to glorify the name of Jesus Christ through our love of sports. We have experience as bloggers in the sports world, but we want to serve the Almighty God in doing what we love. Our goal for this site is to take the hot sports stories in the world and bring a spiritual element to them. In other words, we want to teach the world about the faith through sports. Lord willing, we will create new disciples in Christ along the way. Whether you are a new believer or believed in Jesus your whole life, we all could still train ourselves to fix our eyes more on the cross each and every day.  We will use the English Standard version of the Bible when we quote Scripture.

“Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, 2 looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith.” (Hebrews 12:1-2)

We hope that you will come and run the race with us.

God Bless You All!

Signed,

Ricky Keeler

    Hello Ricky & John,

Reading the interviews that were done with the athletes made me appreciate what these people do not only for their teams, but for Christ. I was wondering if it is possible that if I can use one of your articles for a youth newsletter that me and my friends making for the youth?

  6. Timothy says:

Keep it up guys! This is such a critical area for the youth to be exposed to. Like brother Tim Shaw said,” Sports and Faith should go hand in hand”.

    • Timothy, thanks. We want to share these great stories of faith from Christian athletes. It is a blessing for us to be able to interview these athletes and share that passion with the nation.
